OIA to participate in SQU Career Fair

 As part of its strong belief in Omani graduate talent and the constant pursuit of promising competencies, OIA, represented by the Human Resources Department take part in SQU Career fair kick off in 14 March at the SQU Cultural Centre Under the auspicious of His Excellency, Eng. Mohsen bin Mohammed Al Sheikh, Chairman of Muscat Municipality. OIA have a fully equipped booth to showcase the prospects of employment and training at the fund and introduce the Fund’s investment role to all attending visitors.

 The booth manned by professional OIA representatives and will introduce a number of initiatives for fresh graduates, mainly the summer internship program and the on-job training program which both focus on attracting talents and granting them the chance to experience working in a vibrant and dynamic investment environment.

 It worth noting that OIA has initiated NOMOU program which aim to provide graduate youth with the chance to experience working in a real business environment for a year. This should guarantee excellent exposure to the finance & investment world, and help sharpen their skills to become professionals in their field.
